Hand sanitizers are plentiful and staff is constantly disinfecting and cleaning in the casino area. Temperatures are taken upon entering and masks are required. It is obvious as soon as you enter the property that the Ak Chin staff takes COVID precautions very seriously. It just depends what kind of food you’re in the mood for and what time you’re eating. In fact, all the restaurants - Agave Restaurant, Oak and Fork, and Copper Cactus Grill provide delicious food and great service. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the restaurant’s offerings. The carrot cake is absolutely the best and I always order a slice ( huge!) to take to my room.
The menu is extensive offering customers a wide variety of steak, seafood and specialty items. My restaurant of choice for dinner is always the Chop, Block and Brew. The rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, flat screen TV, safe, mini refrigerator and a spacious bathroom.
