Resorts World station has one exit at ground level. Queue lines are set up on the platform to optimize the flow of commuters in and out of the station, while platform attendants assist with commuter inquiries. An escalator, staircase and lift connect the platforms to the concourse and station exits on the ground floor. Half-height Platform screen doors are installed at the platform edge for the safety of commuters, and retrofitted High volume, low speed (HVLS) fans keep passengers cool. Resorts World station is overground with an island platform serving Sentosa Express services in both directions.
